Location: the hotel was just off great Mexican restaurants and street food, main tourist strip and the beach, 5th Ave, and tons of great restaurants off the main strip. Tried some takeout specials at Tim Hortons, luckily it was at a walking distance from the venue. The room we had included Wi-Fi and a big closet:)))

We had a fairly nice 5 nights stay. Enjoyed an iron/ironing board, multi-channel TV, and a dining area in the room. The beds were comfortable and the staff was great. Our location was marvellous as near to main tourist strip. Moreover, it was next to Playa del Carmen, great Mexican restaurants and street food, banks, and main street with supermarket, and the beach.

I came here with my dogs. Btw, the airport was 5 km away.

I was happy with hotel's great and good location in the middle of the city. I got complimentary apartment as an upgrade, nice gesture. Really friendly and great stuff that liked their guests. Here I spent 16 nights and appreciated being in this place...

The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and restaurants. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the view. The apartment was clean and comfortable, just like the photos. The staff, especially Eliane and Weimar, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The internet was stable and the kitchen was well-equipped. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Playa del Carmen.

I had a fantastic stay at Torre 42 Playa Del Carmen By Lockey. The apartment was incredibly clean and exactly as advertised. The communication with the host was excellent, and any issues were resolved promptly. The location was perfect, just a block away from 5th Ave with its shops and restaurants. The apartment had all the necessary facilities and amenities, including shampoo, dishwashing soap, and toilet paper. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax, although it could use some additional furniture. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the space. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay. The wifi in the condo didn't work well, but luckily there was good wifi available on the rooftop.

Great location, close to the beach and tourist street. Good restaurants nearby, offering local food options. Quiet at night, except for occasional noise from neighboring houses. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. New and well-equipped apartment with smart TVs. Decent Wi-Fi connection and option to use Ethernet cable for stronger signal

my recent stay in Playa del Carmen exceeded my expectations at a wonderful aparthotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants and the beach. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with comfy beds and a nice kitchen. The rooftop area and pool were a great bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful. it was a brilliant value for money.

my recent stay at this aparthotel in playa del carmen was amazing! the staff, especially eliane and weimar, were extremely helpful and friendly. the location was perfect, close to the main strip but in a quiet and secure area. the rooftop pool was a hidden gem. the apartment was clean and had big windows. overall, it exceeded my expectations for my birthday celebration.

The location of this apartment was excellent, just a short walk away from the main street and nearby restaurants, as well as a 10-minute walk to the beach. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with two TVs that had Netflix available. The bedroom had a comfortable bed and a spacious closet. the kitchen had all the necessary amenities such as a cooktop, microwave, and fridge, as well as plates, glasses.

There were a few areas that could be improved upon. there was a lack of kitchen utensils, with only one uneven pan and a soup pot without covers.
